Our Driving School in Wawa
Our Driving School is pleased to offer new drivers’ courses in
Wawa! A local instructor is convenient and efficient, as all lessons may
be conducted in Wawa, without a time consuming trip to Sault Ste Marie.
Classes
Classes usually run on Mondays, from 5:00 pm to 8:15 pm at “Focus
on Learning”, 16 Ganley St.. If one class is missed, it will
be made up on the next rotation of classes. At the successful completion
of 25 hours of classroom instruction (70% is required to pass);
the student may begin 10 hours of in-car driving (80% is required
to pass). The Ministry of Transportation will issue a certificate.
The classes are the same as the classes taught in Sault Ste. Marie,
and they are approved by the MTO. |

In-Car Driving
In-car lessons are conducted after completing the 25 hours of classroom
instruction. Students are required to complete 10 hours of in-car driving.
Lynne will work around your schedule and there will never be more than
one student in the car at a time. The option to take one or more in-car
lessons in the Sault is available and encouraged. However, you do not
have to take a lesson in the Sault in order to pass.
